Honestly, asking for financial support as a missionary seems awkward and difficult. According to research, “It has been suggested that asking for financial support has kept more missionaries off the field than any other reason.” Even so, I know my calling as a missionary is not only to go and make disciples among the nations, but to, also, engage more followers of Jesus. By not raising financial support, my calling as a missionary and our calling as followers of Jesus becomes endangered. Therefore, I am asking, without expectation or pressure, for all of you to ask God if you, too, are called to join with this work financially.
